This 'Company' is a shambles. we took delivery of a van in June and we have still not received the log book.. we have been told they transferred it to us in November? Cant quite get my head around why.. we also waited a lot longer for the van than we were originally told, for it to turn up in absolutely disgusting state. We had to pay a private company to sort out the paint work and the van actually went back to the dealer to have the dash board replaced, scratches corrected, wheel arches sorted. on top of all of this.. The tyres were clearly part worn on a 'brand new 18 plate van' We paid the finance of 650 on the van for 2 months yet we had a 'curtesy van' left on our drive, like for like? not at all an nail of a van that was 10+ years old. in replacement for our ford transit connect 18 plate... We spoke to so many different people who all clearly didn't communicate, including the director of the company and his wife who were no help what so ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCREW YOU OVER :)

Do not buy from these crooks they sold me a vehicle which still had thousands of pounds owing which was owned by them they also decided my px had done too many miles so clocked 50k off to it more profitable I tried contacting regarding issues with vehicle left messages but no typically no response.You have been warned
I purchased a red transporter that had a Kombi conversion. Transporter Land were very good at taking my money but after that the service wasn't good. The reversing sensors on the van were promised to be fixed before we collected the van but weren't. We then agreed to return the van so that they could be fixed. After waiting ages they said the sensors were fixed but when we went back they still didn't work. Couldn't keep returning to their garage as they are in a remote location so had to give up. The rear sensors never worked!
Top service.Bought a van from John and his team and had nothing but great service from start to finish.Even after I'd got the van they were helpful and responsive with any questions I had.Would highly recommend, there's no pushy salesmen, they Listen to what you want and make it happen.sadly people are quick to write a poor review ,whilst I'm sure there hundreds of very happy customers that are to busy enjoying there new vehicle to write a good one.I will certainly be using them for any future purchases without a doubt.Thanks
