Always caring and very good at listening to solve issues.
With the exception of two very helpful ladies, the receptionists are rude, arrogant & unhelpful. I asked for a prescription I had ordered to be sent to me for vital medication when I was unavoidably delayed in returning from Cornwall, and they refused (I offered to pay postage upon my return). Result...paramedics necessary for an asthma attack.
The Doctors are great, some of the reception staff are very hard work and make appointment booking unnecessarily difficult, their attitude can be off (unless you're a regular.....) 5 stars for the docs, 1 for the support staff
Wont fault them, good caring staff members
I have been here twice now with my daughter and the experience has always been great. The doctors at the dentists section are superb and so friendly.
