Very much depends who you get - one girl in particular is very scissor happy and will cut shorter than you asked for - the rest are great, you just have to try and work out a way to avoid the scissor happy one!

Good place for an unscheduled cut. Plenty of comfy seating while you wait but there's always plenty of staff so you won't be waiting long.
