Total chaos !! Initially rang to make an order, asked to hold and 20 minutes later still on hold. Drove there anyway, to find teenagers running the place and thought it was funny that they hadn't taken a phone call for 35 minutes because my call was still on hold. Not even a sorry. Kitchen seemed in chaos too. Someone came in and was told he would have to wait an hour !!!Don't know where Jimmy or his wife was but they would be appalled if they had seen the hopelessness of it all !!!
