I popped in to discuss some support for a relative and Mark and Vickys warm welcome and understanding went over and above what I would expect. They instinctively understood the needs and also put forward a few ideas to make life more comfortable that we had not considered. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome, thank you very much guys.

Mark came to my house in Lydney to fix an arm rest on my Jazzy Air scooter. A bolt has severed but within a couple of days, Mark had it sorted and safe again. I would highly recommend his services. I also rang this morning to see if he hired wheelchairs on a short term basis and they do. A much needed facility for Lydney and surrounding towns.
If you need any mobility products, then look no further. This store has only just opened and I'm glad I went in. They gave me piece of mind and could answer all my questions. The store itself was inviting and I felt comfortable talking to the owners. Plenty of choice and also they could order the item you need if not in their store. Prices excellent and most importantly felt like I made the right choice. No pressure, no buyers remorse. I Just received my Pride Scooter and very happy. They demonstrated how to use and how easy it is to dismantle and place in the car. They did show me in the store, but at my age I had already forgot. Now my mobility and independence is restored. My quality of life has improved and already making a difference. Thank you Mark & Vicky.
