Beautiful gardens, excellent cakes and refreshments at the tea rooms. Very reasonable entry cost, a good afternoon out

Lovely place to visit with the remains of a Roman Temple and Norman castle in the grounds. Tea room on site. Parking was a bit limited but manageable.
